Dayton Schools is happy to start a new initiative titled, "Walking with a Greendevil"
Our first guest on "Walking with a Greendevil" is senior football/baseball player Connor Hurtt. We love Connor's advice to younger Greendevils, "Work Hard, Don't Give up, and Go to School!!!"

Congratulations to the Dayton High School girls and boys' cross country teams! They competed on Saturday in the Region 4, Class A meet. The runners did an amazing job, peaking at the right moment. Of the seven boys that ran, four posted their personal best 5K times and four of the six girls posted their best times. Each team finished just one place shy of qualifying for the state meet as a team marking the best team finish in quite some time. All runners should be back next year! The future certainly looks promising moving forward.
Although the season ended for both teams, two individuals, Charlotte Morris and Aidan Clifton, qualified to run in the state meet next Saturday in Lexington at the Kentucky Horse Park.
Go Greendevils!
