DHS Blood Drive

Reading Tip for Parents: Make storytime interactive! ✨
Reading isn’t just about words on a page—it’s about connecting with your child and sparking their imagination. Here are some fun ways to get started:
For Ages 0-1: Point at objects in the book and name them—“Look, a cat!”
For Ages 1-2: Have your child help turn the pages
For Ages 2-3: Let your child pick the book they want to read and ask them questions about the pictures
For Ages 4-5: Have your child tell the story in their own words or talk about what the story means
Register for Dolly Parton's Imagination Library to receive free books to read together: https://loom.ly/F1xyquE.

We are happy to spotlight two of our amazing educators!
First grade teacher Nicole Wiseman and HS Business Teacher Asher Khan.
Both of these excellent teachers have been teaching at Dayton Schools for 6 years! It is always a joy going into their classrooms!!!

Thank you to Bob Heil and KLH for presenting to a group of DHS juniors and seniors! Bob and his team shared different jobs in the engineering industry that students could go into!

Congratulations to Emily Hall and McKenzie Sullivan for being honored by the Campbell County Fiscal Court for their academic and athletic accomplishments this past fall!
We are extremely proud of these two wonderful young ladies!!
