Greetings Dayton High School Family!

We are excited to be nearing the start of the 2022-2023 school year.  We can’t wait to see our returning Greendevils and also welcome each new student attending Dayton HS.  We look forward to having students in the building for the first day of school on Wednesday, August 17th.  We will not be offering a virtual option as a school/district for the upcoming school year.  We have an amazing and talented staff who is eager to work with your children to live our Mission Statement: Inspire, Engage, and Grow each student. Classes will begin in-person on Wednesday, August 17th at 8:00 a.m.

Parent Conference

We will hold our first parent conference on Monday, August 15th.  Staff will be making home visits and dropping off school materials between 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.  We look forward to greeting students and making connections to our school community as we begin the new school year.  There will be a Kick-Off Party in Gil Lynn Park from 12:00 – 3:00 where students and families may come down and meet all staff and enjoy music, cook out, Kona-Ice, and a fun obstacle course.  Students will also be able to pick up school supplies provided by Ms. Georgia Harris – Family Resource Center Coordinator.  We hope everyone can join in the fun and Kick-Off the 2022-2023 school year.
