District Finance Reports
The district Finance Department releases two annual finance reports. The first is the Annual Finance report and the second is the Vendor/Payroll Summary Report. Both reports are available to the right of this page.
District School Report Card
Each year in January, Kentucky schools publish their School Report Cards. The School Report Cards contain information about each school, including test performance, teacher qualifications, student safety, awards and other data of interest to parents and the community. The reports also give a descriptive look at each school and its philosophy for meeting students' needs.

District Improvement Plan
The Comprehensive Improvement Plan is the long-range tool for the District and schools to use for improving student achievement. It is available on this website, along with budget information. If you have questions about any of the information, Please contact the Assistant Superintendent.
School Improvement Plan
In addition to the District designing its Improvement Plan, each school is also required to design a Comprehensive Improvement Plan. This document is based on needs assessments as well as analysis of data regarding student achievement. The strategies and action components relate directly to ways that academic performance and/or the overall learning environment can be improved.
A copy of the Improvement Plans for Lincoln Elementary and Dayton High School are available by clicking on the school name to the right. A hard copy is also available at each school's front office. If you have questions about any of the information, please contact the individual school principal.
District Technology Plan
Universal Services Fund, Schools and Library Division regulations require school districts to notify the public of its Technology Plan for E-rate funding. The district technology plan is updated and maintained by the District Technology Committee. The technology plans is a supplement to the District and School Improvement Plans.
